It’s made from soft, cosy fleece with a plush sherpa-style lining inside the pet pouch. It’s designed to stay comfortable while maintaining the relaxed, oversized shape of the hoodie.
Will my pet fit inside the pouch?
The pouch is designed for small dogs and cats weighing up to approximately 7 kg / 15 lb.
Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Maltese, Pomeranians, Toy Poodles, Shih Tzus and many cats are typically within this range.
We recommend choosing based on weight rather than breed, as individual pets can vary considerably in size.
Is the pouch comfortable for pets?
The pouch is spacious and lined with soft sherpa-style material, giving your pet a warm place to curl up close to you.
The opening is designed to provide plenty of room for your pet to get comfortable.
Which hoodie size should I choose?
The Pawsist™ Pouch Hoodie is intentionally designed with an oversized fit.
For most people, we recommend choosing your usual size.
If you prefer an extra-roomy fit or plan to wear layers underneath, consider going one size up.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold and tumble dry on low.
Avoid excessive heat to help preserve the softness of the fleece and the shape of the hoodie.
Can I use it as a pet carrier?
No. This is important.
The Pawsist™ Pouch Hoodie is designed for cuddling and keeping your pet close during relaxed everyday activities. It is not a safety restraint or certified pet carrier.
For travelling by car or anywhere your pet needs to be properly secured, always use an appropriate pet carrier or safety harness.
How long does delivery take?
